Celebrating the ingenuity of Northern Devon community groups, Art and Mind is dedicated to showcasing the creativity and artistic talents of the local community. Our space brings artists and art enthusiasts together to appreciate, explore and support the vibrant art scene in our community. The exhibition themes are 'Art and Mind', 'Celebrating community' and 'Groups within our community'.

Our mission is to provide a platform for emerging and established artists to exhibit their work, connect with a wider audience through the incredible work they produce. We aim to foster a sense of community and collaboration among community artists, art organizations, and the public, promoting the diverse and dynamic art landscape of Northern Devon. Join us in celebrating the rich tapestry of artistic expressions that are woven through our community. Whether you are an artist, a supporter of the arts, or simply someone who appreciates creativity, Art and Mind welcomes you.

There are many art, craft, hobby and community groups across Northern Devon. Whether or not these groups ostensibly form to provide wellbeing for members, participating and relating with one another creates or maintains wellness. It happens through a shared project, admiration, learning (or simply continually pricking your thumbs with needles in an effort to stitch and sew). Being together, we are helping each other, whether we outwardly seek support or wish to indulge in something we enjoy. This exhibition celebrates what you do, so hats, or scarves, thimbles, aprons etc. off to you all! And thank you.

The exhibition is open 12pm - 5pm, Wed - Sat until 6th July.

Entrance is free.
